TED tenders: EU public procurement notices filtered by your rules
TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) is the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union that publishes public procurements above EU thresholds from all EU countries. MarketScope collects TED notices through the official API by your CPV codes, countries and keywords, so you do not have to repeat the same search every day.
How TED monitoring works
Several searches at once
For example: construction works (CPV 45) in Sweden and Denmark, IT services in the Baltic states, hospital equipment across the EU.
Projects, not individual notices
The prior information notice, contract notice and award notice for the same procurement are linked into one project with its progress.
Winners
Award notices show who won and for what value: potential customers, partners or competitors.
12 months of history
For a new project you can load a year of TED history and see straight away who is winning where in your field.
What TED does not cover
TED publishes only procurements above the value thresholds set by the EU. Smaller procurements are published only on national portals. That is why for Norway, Finland and Germany MarketScope also collects national sources (Doffin, Hilma, oeffentlichevergabe.de). Swedish, Danish and Lithuanian procurements are currently visible in MarketScope only through TED.
