Who processes the data
The MarketScope website and platform are operated by Data innovations MB, company code 308172154, registered office Lvivo g. 91-48, LT-00153 Vilnius ("we"). Contact for privacy matters: info@datainnovations.lt.
For the data of website visitors and our customers' representatives, we are the data controller. For the data that customers process in the platform within their workspace, we are the data processor; this is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
What data we collect and why
Demo and contact requests
Name, work e-mail, company, phone (if you provide it), area of interest and message, as well as the page from which the request was submitted and advertising campaign tags (UTM) if they were in the link. We use the data only to respond to the request and discuss the service (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and legitimate interest). We keep it for up to 24 months from the last correspondence.
Platform users
Account data (e-mail, name), login sessions with IP address and browser name (for security), an activity log and aggregated statistics on which parts of the platform you use (numbers only, no content). Legal basis: performance of the contract and the legitimate interest in ensuring security.
Cookie-free website traffic statistics
The server counts aggregated page views by day, page, traffic source type (e.g. search engine) and device type. IP addresses and other identifiers are not stored for these statistics, and no cookies are used.

Analytics tools are switched on only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time by clicking (also at the bottom of the website). We do not use advertising cookies. Google Consent Mode settings are "denied" by default.
Who we share data with
Data is processed by our infrastructure (server) service providers, our e-mail delivery provider and, if you consent to analytics, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Clarity). The platform's AI features use the Anthropic API only to analyse article content; users' personal data is not sent to the AI.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a portable format.
