Public tenders in Finland: Hilma notices in one place
Hilma is Finland's public procurement notice service, publishing both national procurements and those above EU thresholds. Notices are usually in Finnish or Swedish. MarketScope collects them through the official Hilma API and shows only those related to your services.

Who won. Winners are enriched with data from the Finnish company register (PRH / YTJ): business ID (Y-tunnus), city, line of business.

The language barrier
Finnish tender titles are hard to recognise without knowing the language, and keyword searches in Lithuanian or English alone miss them. That is why MarketScope relies both on CPV codes, which are the same across the EU, and on keywords in Finnish, Swedish and English.
With AI connected, you can get a short summary for selected items to quickly judge whether a tender is relevant. The decision to take part should still be made after reading the original documents.
