Public tenders in Norway: Doffin tenders without daily searching
Doffin is Norway's national database of public procurement notices. It publishes both procurements above EU thresholds and national ones, which makes it the main source if you sell to Norwegian municipalities, hospitals or state-owned companies. MarketScope collects Doffin notices automatically and shows only those that match your works and regions.
What you will see from Doffin
Prior notices
Buyers often announce in advance what they plan to buy. It is a sign to prepare before the tender opens.
Tenders with deadlines
Title, buyer, value (if stated), CPV codes and bid deadline. Approaching deadlines are shown separately.
Contracts and winners
Who won and when. Winners are enriched with data from the Norwegian company register (Brønnøysund): organisation number, city, line of business.
Why automate it
Doffin notices are written in Norwegian, and the interesting tenders are scattered among hundreds of unrelated ones. Searching by hand every morning takes time and still misses notices that describe your works in other words.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to speak Norwegian to monitor Doffin?
No. Notices are collected automatically, and project cards show the title, buyer, value, deadline and a link to the original. You will still need to read the tender documents in the original language or with a translator.
Will I see lower-value Norwegian procurements?
Doffin also publishes national procurements (below EU thresholds), so you will see more of them than on TED alone.
